The PUR 20kg is equipped with 2 hose connections as standard. Thanks to its high melting and conveying capacity, this system is ideal for filling double-sided edge processing machines
Tank size for all commercially available PUR bags in the sizes 18-20kg
Modular system. All components can be replaced separately. Simply remove the sheet metal box and you will soon have access to all relevant components
High melting capacity (depending on the adhesive) and a tank reservoir of 5kg
Remote diagnostics. Control via PC, tablet or smartphone
Standard with flashlight. An optical signal for the bag change guarantees no machine downtime. If errors occur, the flashlight also shows this status so that you know about your machine even from a distance
Electronic fill level monitoring, actual temperature - setpoint comparison, temperature reduction, weekly timer
The solid PUR adhesive, which is wrapped in aluminum foil, is placed in the tank. The solid PUR adhesive is wrapped in aluminum foil and placed in the tank. There the glue is melted gently and as needed.
Under the tank is a glue reservoir. A maximum quantity of 2kg liquid glue is stored there.
From there, the adhesive is conveyed with a gear pump via a FE-MA-TECH® hot glue hose through an application head (heated valve) into the application devices (IMA, Homag, etc.).
The system is completely airtight. Thus, if used correctly, the adhesive can remain in the system for several months.
