With the pneumatic glue gun TR 70 LCD you can process hot melt adhesives aluminum cartridges (310 ml). The application as a dot, line or caterpillar pattern is possible. The electronic temperature control with LCD display allows precise settings.
Pneumatic adhesive transport
With the FE-MA-TECH TR 70 LCD hot glue gun, adhesive can be easily applied in dot and crawler form. The adhesive is applied from the glue gun via compressed air supply. Pneumatic glue guns simplify fast work and precise regulation of the ejected hot glue.
Electronic temperature control with LCD display
Thanks to the built-in electronic temperature control, the working temperature is reached within 3 to 10 minutes. In addition, it keeps the set temperature very constant and is therefore particularly suitable for temperature-sensitive adhesives. Precise temperature adjustment is made possible by the built-in LCD display and push buttons. The user always knows what temperature the device currently has and can thus maintain the optimal processing temperature.
Verarbeitung reaktiver Klebstoffe in 310 ml Kartuschen (z.B. PUR)
Kartuschenpistolen verarbeiten mit Klebstoff befüllte 310 ml Aluminium Kartuschen. So können beispielsweise PUR-Heißkleber oder POR-Schmelzkleber verarbeitet werden. Die Kartuschen lassen sich schnell und einfach wechseln. Das optionale Kartuschenvorwärmgerät KVG heizt den Klebstoff vor der Verarbeitung auf und erhöht so den möglichen Klebstoffdurchsatz für noch schnelleres und effizienteres Arbeiten.
Additional nozzles expand application possibilities
The number of possible job images is extended many times over by the FE-MA-TECH nozzle program. Almost all nozzles contained therein can be used with any FE-MA-TECH glue gun and an additionally available adapter.
With cartridge devices and the appropriate empty cartridges, you can process or test different adhesives quickly and cleanly one after the other. This is particularly suitable for work in the laboratory or for the qualification of new adhesives for processing on large systems.
