The TR 60 LCD hot spray system consists of the TR 60 LCD glue gun and the storage stand with pressure regulator and pressure gauge.

The adhesive is applied from the hot glue gun via compressed air supply. Pneumatic glue guns simplify fast work and precise regulation of the ejected hot glue. Thanks to the built-in electronic temperature control, the working temperature is reached within 3 to 10 minutes.

In addition, it constantly maintains the set temperature and is therefore particularly suitable for temperature-sensitive adhesives.
Precise temperature adjustment is made possible by the built-in LCD display and push buttons. The user always knows what temperature the device currently has and can thus maintain the optimal processing temperature.

The TR 60 LCD glue gun processes hot melt adhesive granules, pillows and 43mm cartridges. It offers maximum flexibility in the choice of adhesive and makes cost advantages of other container forms usable. The 250 ml capacity is sufficient for numerous bondings. The adhesive spray system can be easily and quickly converted to point and crawler application with an adapter. The number of possible job images is extended many times over by the Reka nozzle program.
