Extrusion valve MKDD LV/KV/VD
The extrusion valves of the MKDD series are characterized by their versatile variation options. The valve is available with both a short nozzle (KV) and a long nozzle (LV) as well as with various pre-screw nozzles (VD). The extrusion valves of the MKDD series are preferably used for applying sealants, adhesives and oils. Depending on the nozzle size, materials of different viscosities can be processed.
The valve is controlled by means of the directly flanged 3/2-way solenoid valve. Due to the extremely short air paths in the valve, fast and precise open/close movements of the needle can be achieved.
- Available nozzle sizes: ø 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.4 / 0.5 / 0.6 / 0.7 / 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5mm
- Grid regulation for easy adjustment of the amount of material
- optionally with normal regulation (adjustment by hexagon socket screw with lock nut)
- Solenoid valves with different voltages (24 V/DC / 110 V/AC / 230 V/AC)
- optionally with needle query (MKD - LV/KV/VD)
