Adhesive residues on the aggregate slow down the work, reduce the quality of the products and can lead to a machine standstill.
Our technicians clean the aggregates and remove even the most stubborn dirt. This improves the quality and, among other things, the glue joint.
Our service includes:
- Complete disassembly (depending on the aggregate)
- Cleaning of all components
- Checking of all mechanical components for wear, among other things
- Checking the complete electrical system for proper function
- Replacement of defective components (e.g. bushings, seals, heating rods)
- Coating or painting
- Complete assembly
- Function test with test report and electrical check
A high quality Teflon coating is applied to the unit. As a result, the cleaning cycle can be prolonged. As a result of this coating, rough but independent cleaning is possible in combination with a preheating and cleaning table!
